PETITION TO FLANDERS COMMUNITY AND
SOUTHAMPTON TOWN
Subject of Petition: 1380 FLANDERS ROAD, THE BREWSTER HOUSE HOTEL
We, the undersigned
residents of Southampton Township and its neighboring
towns oppose the demolition of the Historical property
located at 1380 Flanders Road in Flanders and instead
support the designs, plans, and use thereof put forth by
the owners of Restoration Equity Group LLC to
specifically create a working hotel, restaurant and indoor
pool facility for community and commercial use. We
believe it is crucial to the redevelopment and revitalization
of the Flanders Community as well as a vital and essential
piece of Southampton’s culture, architecture, and history.
